Ultrasound is normal. So that's good... no ulcer or gallstones. I have been diagnosed with being 42 years old, however, and surely I will die within 50 or 60 years.
So now I progress onto a GI specialist because I am still having some interesting Symptoms. I won't go into detail (trust me on this), and they aren't sending me to the ER anymore, but it needs to be investigated.

Did they have you drink barium and watch it on the monitor? This is totally what I had a few years ago, and it was acid reflux (mom took me to the hospital once over Thanksgiving).
No, I didn't have to drink anything. Just an ultrasound a la pregnancy style. My liver is very cute/it looks like Don. I have a feeling the GI workup in November will be more un-fun...
Okay, well, I'm telling you, you need to drink a Venti Barium and be x-rayed to see if you have reflux, which would produce all of the symptoms you are having. Does it help when you take Prilosec or even Tums?
How does your liver look like Don? My liver looks like liver, which is far from cute. My ovaries, however, are adorable.
My liver looked like it was smiling. I can't tell whether the medication is really helping, or whether the dietary changes are helping, or whether time is healing this wound as it does so many.
