Since the Winter Classic, someone has been adjusting her routines and getting in a lot more meaningful practice. It paid off yesterday with Gold medal and a Silver! Here are the performances - this qualifies Sarah to participate in the State Games of American in 2011!
Bronze program (awarded Gold)
What's different from last month: a lot of harder elements were added (double jumps, for example) and repeat elements were added because the judges evaluate using the best element performed if one is repeated.
Freestyle 1 program (awarded Silver)
What's different from last month: just a cleaner skate, elements are sharper and more defined. She did rush off her ending though.
I think it's hilarious that she is trying to SMILE during the performances - must be a coached thing - hard to smile when you are concentrating this hard and it's SO American! Watch the Olympics and you tell me who smiled.
See if you can catch the wardrobe malfunctions - we had 6. I think at least 3 are visible.
